Thinking of coming to Canada?

Whether you are interested in
immigrating to Canada,
sponsoring a family
member from abroad or coming to
work,
study
or visit
temporarily, I can help you put forth your best application.
If you are a Canadian
employer, my law firm can
assist your company by efficiently obtaining the necessary visa and work
permit applications for the foreign employees you would like to hire.
I am a lawyer who specializes in immigration and
refugee law matters and I offer services in English, French and Spanish.
My office is centrally
located in Ottawa, the nation's capital, and I am able to assist
with immigration to any part of the country. Free parking is available
and the office is also easily accessibly via several bus routes (#1, 7,
4, 6 or 85).
I offer a range of affordable services so
that you can obtain the legal help that you need. Legal aid certificates
are accepted.
During your first
consultation, I will advise you about your eligibility under
various immigration programs, the application process and the kind of
evidence you should include with your application. (I am also able to provide this
consultation over the phone for those who are outside
Ottawa).
If you decide to submit an application, I can
prepare it for you so that you can be confident it has been completed
properly and that you have submitted your best application.
I am also happy to provide assistance with any
immigration matter (big or small) on an hourly rate. This means my fee
will be tied to the amount of time you need my help for. This option
can provide a more economical alternative for those who
would a like a lawyer to advise them about the process and review their draft
application to make sure it has been completed
correctly while doing much of the preparation work on their own. Learn more about all the
other ways I can help you by reading about
my services, or by
contacting my office.
If you are thinking about immigrating, you will
naturally wish to begin by learning as much as possible about life in
Canada and the different
categories for becoming a permanent resident of Canada: Skilled Worker,
Canadian Experience,
Business Class,
Family
Sponsorship and Refugee /
Protected Person. I sincerely hope you will find the
information on this website a helpful start for the important decisions
you will need to make.
Are you ready for more specific advice? I welcome
you to contact me to set up a
consultation. I look forward to
working with you.
